This document provides an overview, the terms and conditions, and acceptable use methods for the Software Product and participation in the Affiliate Network (“Affiliate Program”, “Joker8”) (hereinafter referred to as the Rules). By accepting these Rules, the Affiliate Network Participant confirms that they have read them in full, that the terms and conditions of these Rules are clear, and that they accept them. The Company reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Rules, specific rules of the Affiliate Program, and other mandatory documents constituting the terms of use of the Affiliate Network at any time and without prior notice to Affiliates. Any changes take effect upon publication unless otherwise stated in the amendment text.
1. General Terminology
Personal Account, Affiliate Account refers to a section of the Software Product interface that visually displays its features and allows Affiliates to perform specific actions to operate within the Affiliate Network.
Payment Model corresponds to compensation for a specific result following the publication of advertising products online by the Affiliate.
Offer refers to the terms and conditions (including restrictions and compensation based on the rate and Payment Model) governing the publication of information by the Affiliate to promote an online product.
Affiliate Network is a form of business partnership between https://joker8.io and Affiliates, aimed at promoting the Advertisers’ goods and/or services online through the Affiliates.
Affiliates, Webmasters refer to legal or natural persons over 18 years old, authorized participants in the Affiliate Network who promote the Advertisers’ products.
Software Product refers to a set of information, software, and hardware tools accessible on https://joker8.io and/or via the associated mobile application to:
— obtain software solutions and tools to measure service efficiency and optimize monetization of the Affiliate’s online resources;
— obtain information about Advertisers and monetization opportunities for Affiliate projects;
— obtain statistics on Targeted Actions to calculate the volume and cost of services provided by the Affiliate;
— register for the Affiliate Network and access the Personal Account and Affiliate Program promotional tools.
Advertising Material refers to the tools used by the Affiliate to promote a product online.
Advertisers are legal or natural persons over 18 years old, or the Affiliate Network itself, offering the promotion of their goods and/or services through online Advertising Materials.
Traffic refers to a group of customers who have joined a service as a result of the Affiliate’s publication of Advertising Material.
Affiliate Services refer to services aimed at generating traffic or, in other words, motivating online users to perform a Targeted Action — purchasing the Advertisers’ goods and/or services using the Software Product and Affiliate Program services.
Targeted Action (Lead) refers to an action performed by an end user (customer) recognized as an objective within the Affiliate Program, whether paid or unpaid, for which the Owner receives compensation from the Advertiser within the Affiliate Network.
2. Conditions for Participation in the Affiliate Network and Use of the Software Product
2.1. Registration. To become an Affiliate, it is necessary to register on the Affiliate Network page and provide accurate and complete information.
2.2. During registration, the Affiliate sets the credentials for their Affiliate Account (username corresponding to the email address and password).
2.3. To complete registration, the Affiliate must:
— Verify their email address;
— Contact an Affiliate Program representative to obtain full access to the site.
2.4. The Affiliate is responsible for the confidentiality of their username and password. All actions performed after authentication are considered to be carried out directly or indirectly by the Affiliate.
2.5. The Affiliate Account is considered created once the Affiliate has completed all registration steps, accepted these Rules, and received confirmation from the Company.
2.6. The Company reserves the right to suspend cooperation with any Affiliate, including denying registration of an Affiliate Account, without providing any reason.
2.7. Only Affiliates with an active Affiliate Account may use the Affiliate Network.
2.8. The Affiliate agrees to update their profile information if any changes occur.
2.9. The Affiliate may edit their profile information, except for their email address, which can only be changed through the Affiliate Network Support Service.
2.10. The Affiliate may register only once in the Affiliate Program.
2.11. The Affiliate is responsible for the security of their login information. The Company cannot be held responsible in case of loss or disclosure to a third party.
2.12. If an Affiliate suspects that a third party has accessed their account, they must immediately contact the Affiliate Network Support Service.
3. Terms of Cooperation with Webmasters
3.1. The Webmaster accepts an Offer from an Advertiser to distribute Advertising Material in exchange for compensation.
3.2. The Webmaster may design Advertising Material to meet the Advertiser’s requirements.
3.3. The Webmaster independently chooses the sites and platforms on which to publish Advertising Materials.
3.4. The Webmaster independently decides whether or not to publish Advertising Material on a given site.
3.5. It is prohibited to use sites that force users to take actions (forced clicks, paid SMS submissions, etc.).
3.6. The Webmaster agrees to check and update Advertising Materials to ensure they are not outdated.
